The terms that apply when you use this website, make an enquiry, or use the repayment estimator.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms cover your use of the website only. Any credit assistance Josh provides is governed separately by the Credit Guide and the Privacy Disclosure Statement and Consent you receive before that work begins.
You need to be at least 18 and a permanent Australian resident or citizen to apply for finance through us. The information on this site is directed at people in Australia.
You agree to give accurate information and to use the site only for genuine finance enquiries. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it, or use it to send anything unlawful or misleading.
Submitting an enquiry or a quick quote does not create a credit application, does not commit any lender to anything, and does not commit you to proceed. Whether finance is approved, and on what terms, is decided by the credit provider, not by us.
The repayment estimator on this site is a maths model, nothing more. It calculates a standard amortising loan from the figures you enter and excludes fees, charges and any lender specific conditions. It is not a quote, an offer of credit, or credit assistance, and no figure it produces should be relied on as the amount you would actually pay.
Content on this site is general information only. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not financial, legal or taxation advice. Consider whether it is appropriate for you and seek your own professional advice before acting on it.
Any fees or charges that may apply to credit assistance, along with a guide to commissions we may receive from credit providers, are disclosed in the Credit Guide and Quote that Josh provides directly before any credit assistance begins. Those figures are not published on this website because they depend on your circumstances and the product involved.
We submit applications to third party credit providers. We do not control their products, criteria, decisions, rates or terms, and lender panels change over time. Where this site links to another website, we are not responsible for that site's content, terms or privacy practices.
How we collect, use and disclose your personal and credit information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
By giving us your contact details you agree we may contact you electronically about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time by replying to any message or emailing josh@fiftyfinance.com.au, and we will action it.
The Fifty Finance name, logo, site design, text and imagery are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Lender names and logos shown on this site are the property of those lenders and appear only to indicate the panel we can access.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we do not accept liability for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information published on it, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
If something has gone wrong, email josh@fiftyfinance.com.au first and we will work to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, or you have not had a response within 30 days, you can escalate free of charge to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority on 1800 931 678 or at afca.org.au. Our AFCA membership number is 121555.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
